What Happens After a Correction Report
Correction reports are checked against the relevant calculator, page table, and public source link before a page is updated. If the issue affects more than one guide, the related pages are reviewed together so the same amount does not appear correctly in one place and incorrectly in another.
For live transaction disputes, reversals, blocked accounts, Fuliza limits, statement access, or loan repayment issues, contact Safaricom, NCBA, KCB, or the relevant official provider directly. M-Pesa Calculator can correct public guide content, but it cannot access accounts, reverse payments, process refunds, or change a customer limit.
